If you order before 1pm your delivery will be on the same day. If you order after 1pm your delivery will be on the next day. Our delivery is FREE! For everyone’s safety we don’t accept cash or payment on delivery - all payment is completed online before your order is sent.

Please note, we CANNOT deliver to Al-Wafra, Al-Khairan, Al-Zour, Al-Nuwaiseeb, Al-Abdali and Kabd.

If you change your mind, or there is a fault with your item, you can return your item to the store you bought it from (for example a VaVaVoom item can be returned to any VaVaVoom store, a NYX item to any NYX store etc) within 14 days for an exchange or refund, provided you bring the receipt and the item is in it’s original, sealed, unused condition.
