1. For best results to exfoliate the body of dead skin cells, begin by first having a shower or bath. Immersing your body into warm temperatures will help open pores, making it more susceptible to cleaning.

2. Massage your skin using your hands with the Almond Milk & Honey Gently Exfoliating Cream Scrub, starting from the bottom of your feet, and working your way to your neck. Why not try using a body brush, sponge, lily or loofah too!

3. Rinse the body slowly using your hands under warm running water for skin to become soft and smooth after.
